Conspiracy To Explode Bomb, Damage Property, Hurt Others - Thwarted. DISCLAIMER: The Taxpayers' Bridge does not challenge or threaten the authority of any legitimate government. READERS AND USERS OF THIS WEBSITE ARE PARTICULARLY URGED TO OBEY ALL LAWS IN THE UNIVERSE! BOSTON, Dec. 11 An agent for the taxpayers looked into his "sentencing tables" today and choose "21 years and 10 months confinement in an agent-controlled (?)-'security'-level prison" as the "punishment" for Leo Felton. This pronouncement by the agent comes a little over 5-months after 12 taxpayers unaninously informed the same agent that Leo Felton, based on the evidence and arguments presented to them, - did conspire, in the period leading up to April 2001, to bomb landmarks on the landmass of Boston labled as "Jewish" and/or "African-American". - did counterfeit Ferderal Reserve Note currency units, in the period leading up to April 2001, - did knowingly attempt to tender a debt using a counterfeit Ferderal Reserve Note currency note, on 19 April 2001, as witnessed by agent Z, and, - did steal Ferderal Reserve Note currency notes, in the period leading up to April 2001, from a bank. An agent - claiming to respresent all taxpayers wanted the agent responsible for today's "sentencing" pronouncement to utter "27 years" - the maximum time allowed in the "sentencing table" as the "punishment" for Leo. Leo's girlfriend, Erica Chase, 22, was convicted on similar charges and is to be "sentenced" late in January. "I never contemplated the bombing or destruction of any landmark," Felton wrote in a 13-page letter to the agent of the sentencing tables. Leo did admit, in front of the 12 taxpayers, to having "bomb-making materials" in his Boston apartment, including a 50-pound bag of ammonium nitrate and a wiring and timing device extracted from a coffee maker - which could be used as a "timing device to explode an ammonium nitrate bomb". "There were obviously no targets for this hypothetical device, since I was not even sure that I'd be able to make and evaluate such a thing without accidentally blowing my arm off or killing myself," he said in the letter. "I am a new man, a good man," he said, before the agent who utter "21 years 10 months". "21 years and 10 months", is near low end of the sentencing guidelines. The taxpayer representing Leo before the agents asked the agent in charge of the sentencing table to utter "15 years". "Leo Felton needs to be isolated from other taxpayers and be physically controlled in a prison setting. In my opinion, Leo seems to have a desire to physically hurt others, not to mention steal, so, he'll be able to hurt less numbers of indivduals or none at all while in a prison setting", an agent said. The agent who uttered "21 years and 10 months", noted that Leo appeared, through his 13-page letter, to no longer utter derogatory words and opinions about humans who have skin pigment and bone structure labled as "other-than-white" or "of color". This was most likely one factor in the agent uttering "21 years and 10 months" as apposed to "27 years". In his letter, Leo said his derogatory words and opinions about humans who have skin pigment and bone structure labled as "other-than-white" or "of color" reflect the derogatory words and opinions he heard on an almost daily basis over 9 years while at a prison on the island called Rikers. The agents also said to the 12 taxpayers that during part of the 9 years time that Leo was in the prison on Riker's Island, Leo conspired - with humans who have skin pigment and bone structure labled as "white" - to refer to themselves as "Aryan Unit One" and to physically hurt humans who have skin pigment and bone structure labled as "other-than-white" or "of color" and to physically hurt humans who say they believe "in Jewish religion or Jewish customs". The agents' lable for these conspiritors is "white supremacist terror cell". The agents' lable for this conspiracy that Leo created in his mind and in the minds of certain others is "nationwide racial holy war". An agent refefred to Felton and Chase as "long-standing white supremacists committed to a vision of an all-white America" and said they conspired to "to ignite a racial holy war through violent terrorist action". The taxpayer representing Felton before the agents and the 12 taxpayers refered to Felton as a "misguided artist who depicted violent racist acts in comic books, but who never actually committed any acts of neo-Nazi terrorism." Felton and Chase were apprended by agents on the land mass called East Boston in April 2001 shortly after an agent witnessed them attempt to tender a debt for doughnuts and coffee at a Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop using a piece of paper representing 20 Federal Reserve Note currency units which was susequently proved to be a counterfeit Federal Reserve Note currency note. Prosecutors never found evidence of a precise target of Felton's conspiracy, but did find news clippings in the couple's apartment about the Holocaust Memorial near Faneuil Hall and photos of The Taxpayers' Bridge. Leo, 32, is the offspring of a female human mother with skin pigment and bone structure labled as "white" and a male human father with skin pigment and bone structure labled as "black". Here is a universal declaration of human rights, called the Terra Libra Code that seems more appealing and workable than the US Constitution Bill of Rights and the UN Universal Declaration Of Human Rights. [Article in Russian] Experiments were conducted on guinea pigs sensitized with the AK C-vaccine components. In intracardiac injection with smallpox vaccine there was shown a possibility of development of marked hemodynamic disturbances, of the inflammatory-dystrophic processes of irreversibel character, with a subsequent neuronophagia and demyelinization. Injection of smallpox vaccine into the circulation of intact guinea pigs was accompanied by development in the nervous system of insignificant circulatory disturbances and of the inflammatory dystrophic phenomena of reversible character. A method of immunofluorescence was used and the antigen of the vaccine virus was revealed in the neurons of the brain and the spinal cord of the sensitized and intact animals. Marked hemodynamic and insignificant inflammatory-dystrophic processes were revealed in the nervous system of a child which died of the post-vaccinal encephalitis; an antigen of the smallpox virus was found by the immunofluorescent method in the nerve cells and the vessels in various portions of the nervous system.
