The Chi of Yalta II.

After a sufficient number of murders, massacres, property destruction, death by water contamination, death by soil contamination, death by other toxins, and fiat currency unit crisisses have throughly demoralized large numbers of the still-living-dead world taxpayers, the still-living dymanic-aggressive agents...

- who predominately control vast quantities of Federal Reserve Note fiat currency units,

- who predominately control vast quantities of Euro fiat currency units,

- who predominately control vast quantities of Dinar gold-backed currency units, and,

...will still radiate "economic and political influence" from their bodies and mouths.

Consider the possibility that every human has a Natural Life Energy (chi). And, that their are (small numbers of) humans on the planet whose Natural Life Energy is predominately focused around "economic and political influence" - for good or bad.

The Spring of '33 Gold Grab.

{8} Sec. 3. Section 11 of the Federal Reserve Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection:

{9} "(n) Whenever in the judgment of the Secretary of the Treasury such action is necessary to protect the currency system of the United States, the Secretary of the Treasury, in his discretion, may require any or all individuals, partnerships, associations and corporations to pay and deliver to the Treasurer of the United States any or all gold coin, gold bullion or gold certificates, owned by such individuals, partnerships and corporations. Upon receipt of such gold coin, gold bullion, or gold certificates, the Secretary of the Treasury shall pay therefore an equivalent amount of any other form of coin or currency coined or issued under the laws of the United States. The Secretary of the Treasury shall pay all costs of transportation of such gold bullion, gold certificates, coin, or currency, including the cost of insurance, protection, and such other incidental costs as may reasonably be necessary. Any individual, partnership, association or corporation failing to comply with any requirement of the Secretary of the Treasury made under this subsection shall be subject to a penalty of equal to twice the value of the gold or gold certificates in respect of which such failure occurred, and such penalty may be collected by the Secretary of the Treasury by suit or otherwise."

Iraqi Survivors To Be Coerced To Tender Oil For FRNs.

Rayelan of RumorMillNews is reporting that since 1998 or 1997 Iraqi agents have not been accepting Federal Reserve Note fiat currency units in exchange for barrels of oil. But they do accept Euro fiat currency units (and one would also assume that they accept gold bullion, too) in exchange for barrels of oil.

Would Federal Reserve Note fiat currency units quickly become worthless if more and more OPEC agents refused to accept them?

It seems to be a foregone conclusion that if the US and UK agents should choose to EXTEND their current killing of Iraqi agents and taxpayers on the "northern" landmass TO INCLUDE the killing of Iraqi agents and taxpayers dwelling on the landmasses called "central Iraq and Baghdad"... the shear "shock & awe" aspect of the EXTENDED killing (and property destruction) - to then be searingly FRESH in the minds of the survivors - certainly will not hurt the US and UK agents when it come times for them to "convince" those surviving Iraqi agents and taxpayers to accept, exclusively, only Federal Reserve Note fiat currency units in exchange for oil found in the "Iraqi" ground.

The New Cuban Agents' Gold.

In January 1961, the US agents decided to no longer speak directly to the new Cuban agents. Three months later, the new Cuban agents declared themselves and their taxpayers "socialist". Another marketing campaigne had started - this time for the defence of the "socialism and sovereignty" lable. Che Guevara had been given the important assignment by Castro to develop ties with other agents on the planet who also refer to themselves as "socialist". In fact, it was Che's vision that initially saved the Cuban agents from a dire economic predicament.

Che, as head of the National Bank of Cuba (the only bank on the Cuban landmass that the new Cuban agents would permit to issue bank notes to their taxpayers), learned that the pervious Cuban agents' gold bullion bricks were sitting in the basement of the US agents' Fort Knox gold bullion warehouse. He ordered that the gold bullion bricks be immediately sold in the bullion market and converted into fiat currency of the following type:

When in early 1960 the US agents decreed that NO banking house dwelling on the landmass called USA shall make any funds, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of any new Cuban agent,

Effect is hereby given to World Agents Decree 1333(2000) by Afghanistan Order 2001 (SI 2001 No.396), [made under section 1 of the World Agents Act 1946].

This Order also implements World Agents Decree 1267(1999). Article 7 of the Decree provides:

“Except under the authority of a written licence granted by or on behalf of a Banking House under this article, no agent of said Banking House shall make any funds* to which this article applies available, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of any world taxpayer or agent-actor or his entities designated by the World Agents' Sanctions Committee. This includes making payments, loans or other forms of credit available to any world taxpayer or agent-actor designated by the Sanctions Committee. The article applies to funds owned or controlled by the Taliban agents, Usama bin Laden and his agents, the Al-Qaida agents or by such an undertaking, as designated by the Sanctions Committee.

*Definition of Funds

"Funds" means financial assets and economic benefits of any kind, including (but not limited to) gold coin, gold bullion, cash, cheques, claims on money, drafts, money orders, and other payment instruments; deposits with financial institutions or other entities, balances on accounts, debts and debt obligations; securities and debt instruments (including stocks and shares, certificates representing securities, bonds, notes, warrants, debentures, debenture stock and derivatives contracts); interest, dividends or other income on value accruing from or generated by assets; credit, rights of set-off, guarantees, performance bonds or other financial commitments; letters of credit, bills of lading, bills of sale; documents evidencing an interest in funds or financial resources, and any other instrument of export financing.

DNB Issues Warning About Mystic's Mint.

The Dutch Central Bank (DNB) - which has a defacto monopoly on issing notes to Dutch taxpayers - issued a press statement warning the Dutch taxpayers that transactions using raam notes might not be covered by euro-denominated collateral and added that it was not convinced that Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Johan Enschedé have taken sufficient measures to guard against counterfeiting.

Re: CIA and Marcos' Gold Bullion.

"The only thing my source did not admit to was hijacking the gold. It was not until the civil trial (in Hawaii) related to Imelda Marcos and the gold bullion (Ferdinand Marcos had by this time died) that it was established that Marcos had stolen the gold but its whereabouts were unknown thereby making restitution impossible. Mining The Sky.

Untold riches from the asteroids, comets, and planets.

Included in NASA plans are the nuclear rocket to Mars; a new generation of Radioisotope Thermo-electric Generators (RTGs) for interplanetary missions; nuclear-powered robotic Mars rovers to be launched in 2003 and 2009; and the nuclear powered mission called Pluto-Kuiper Belt scheduled for January, 2006. NASA envisions mining colonies on the Moon (for helium 3 and water), Mars (magnesium, cobalt, and uranium) and asteroids (gold) powered by nuclear reactors launched from the Kennedy Space Center - Florida on rockets with a historic 10% failure rate. By exponentially increasing the number of nuclear launches NASA also exponentially increases the chances of accident.
