1. IBB - Internet Business Baby - The equivalent

of a baby who has started crawling.
3. IBW - Internet Business Walker - The equivalent
of a two-year old who has learnt to walk, but

are" needs to be included in the "non-existence
formula." A scale such as the above can help
people find out where they are.
Many of us have spent 10 years or more in government
