Bridger Systems: 'PATRIOT' Software Tools. Building the Permission-to-Live infrastructure of the future, today. And, the definition also includes dealers in precious metals, stones, or jewels; pawnbrokers; loan or finance companies; private bankers; insurance companies; travel agencies; telegraph companies; sellers of vehicles, including automobiles, airplanes, and boats; persons engaged in real estate closings and settlements; investment bankers; investment companies; and commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors that are registered or required to register under the Commodity Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. 1 et seq). The Touch Of A "Policy" Agent: Feces. A day after announcing that "policy" and not "peace" agents would pull over taxpayers driving too fast through the Northbound Taxpayers' Tunnel, Massachusetts agents were quick to clarify that they are not instituting "martial law" inside the tunnel and are simply concerned with keeping the roadway and taxpayers 'safe' [sic]. "I want to be perfectly clear that we are not looking for 46-, 47-, 48-miles-per-hour 'offenders' [sic]," said the head agent, whose comandos will be on the prowl. "We are looking for 'excessive offenders' [sic]. We are trying to 'educate and deter' [sic]. The focus is on 'taxpayer safety' [sic] and is not, I repeat, not on giving tickets solely to seize Federal Reserve Note fiat currency units for us agents." What the head agent left unstated is the fact that he will use "policy" agents instead "peace" agents. That means that when a "policy" agent stops a taxpayer for driving too fast - for safety's sake - that the "policy" agent is also going to check the taxpayer's agent-issued ID papers and harass the taxpayer if the papers are out of order - even if there are no allegations that the taxpayer has committed prior crimes against persons and/or properties "still outstanding" (papers 'out-of-order' is not a crime). Another agent said that six "policy" agents in their cars will be positioned on the tunnel's Atlantic Avenue onramp starting Sunday night to 'protect taxpayers' [sic] and prevent speeding accidents similiar to Wednesday morning's tractor-trailer crash. A "policy" agent said a non-taxpayer -- Jean Cesar Christiano Machado, 27, who dwells on the landmass called Chelsea -- lost control of his overweight produce rig at about 3:19 a.m. while traveling about 75 miles per hour. Watching Their Backs. What the coercing and killing of Iraqi taxpayers and agents can teach you about agents and yourself. The social-contract model (so-called) is a myth. If it were true that, you, a taxpayer, agree to be ruled by agents, then the agents would be a voluntary organization. Furthermore, certain agents would not have to arm themselves to the teeth. Certain agents would not fear competitive organizations that provide superior services. Certain agents would let individual taxpayers out of the deal. Certain agents would not need a vast corps of armed bodyguards, and certain agents would sense the need to ask an individual if he wanted the same deal the last one had. If the agents were a voluntary organization, then many, many more taxpayers, than currently doing so now, would have the will power to not pay the agents' "taxes", not use the agents' "fiat currency units", and not obey the agents' dictates - until the agents got their shit together - which, by definition, is an oxymoron. The Taxpayers' Bridge Hits Souvenir Status. The Taxpayers' Bridge, partly open to taxpayers in autos, is already memorialized on a line of souvenir items. Designer Donna Chesborough who dwells on the landmass called Charleston, S.C., has created a line of hand-illustrated, black-and-white souvenir plates, mugs, and tea towels for the Museum of Fine Arts. Chesborough, who has created similar items for several other agents and taxpayers, teamed up with Laurie Dickson, the decorative arts buyer for the MFA gift shops, to decide which images should represent the Boston taxpayers.
