Hi , thanks for writing.
Basically, my approach is this: (My direct answers to your questions are at the end).
To make this successful for ALL of us (i.e. those in my downline!), I
am looking for someone who joins under me to make the following
commitment: (Why this commitment is important (both for those
without and with recruitment skills), and, what I do in return for

THE FIVE POINT COMMITMENT PLAN:

2. Make sure your e-gold account is funded with atleast $68.95 or
$35 worth of gold. This will enable you to join MyNewPC.

3. Make sure that your e-gold account is funded with an additional
