The 150-feet No-taxpayer Zone.

When the Wanna-be US agents - who refer to themselves as "Democrats" - come to the landmass called Boston next July, they are expected to eat in the Boston taxpayers' restaurants, shop in the Boston taxpayers' stores and tie up - a little bit - the Boston taxpayers traveling in their autos on their highways by and around the FleetCenter.

On any given day of the week, the taxpayers' in autos on the highway near the FleetCenter drive stop-and-go averging just 5 miles per hour.

And now the US agents who guard the Wanna-be US agents want the Boston and Massachusett agents to prevent any and all taxpayers from traveling on the highway and on The Taxpayers' Bridge - which are near the Fleetcenter - during certain hours of the day when the Wanna-be US agents are in the Fleetcenter waxing and waning.

Traffic from Storrow Drive, The Taxpayers' Bridge and The Taxpayers' highway meet about 40 feet from the FleetCenter, the site of what the Wanna-be US agents are calling their "convention".

Boston and Massachusett agents negotiating with the US agents who guard the Wanna-be US agents feel that the US agents' generally accepted "150-feet no-taxpayer zone" would mean that Boston and Massachusett agents with guns would then have to block the main highway near the FleetCenter and do everything in their power to physically force taxpayers in their autos off of the highway near the FleetCenter and onto those streets that are 150 feet or farther away from the outside walls of the FleetCenter - so as to not travel on that portion of the highway that is deemed by the US agents to be within the Wanna-be US agents' "150-feet no-taxpayer zone".

"There should be some way of 'working with' the US agents who guard the Wanna-be US agents - concerning access - by the taxpayers - to that "150-feet no-taxpayer zone" during those times when the Wanna-be US agents are not in the Fleetcenter waxing and waning. I just continue to say it is a draft. It is nine months away. There are several draft ideas about how to keep taxpayers out of the "150-feet no-taxpayer zone" when the Wanna-be US agents are in the Fleetcenter waxing and waning," said a Boston agent nick-named Mumbles.

Neither the US agents who guard the Wanna-be US agents nor the Massachusetts and Boston agents who would implement "the plan" would provide details about the series of "measures" that they would take to (1) keep taxpayers out of the "150-feet no-taxpayer zone" and (2) if a taxpayer did "breach" the "150-feet no-taxpayer zone", what they would then do to that taxpayer and how they would - if needed - evacuate the Wanna-be US agents.

"There haven't been any definitive plans put forward. We are prepared to work and take the direction from the US agents who guard the Wanna-be US agents to assure that taxpayers do not get too close to the Wanna-be US agents," a Massachusetts agent said.

Boston and Massachusetts agents said negotiations have only begun. They are confident that not letting taxpayers get too close to the Wanna-be US agents won't be the only consideration.

"It is part of our job to assure that there is "a minimal disruption" to our taxpayers. Whether that is relating to our T-system or our highways, we'll work with the US agents who guard the Wanna-be US agents," a Massachusetts agent said.

Some southbound lanes of traffic may be shut down periodically. Large vehicles may be diverted during part of the time - over a period of four consecutive days - when the Wanna-be US agents are in the Fleetcenter waxing and waning, Massachusetts and Boston agents said.

A Massachusetts agent said that taxpayers would be warned to not get too close to the Wanna-be US agents. He suggested that Boston agents don't leave all decisions to the US agents who guard the Wanna-be US agents.

"During the Olympics, we encouraged taxpayers* who were business owners to change their hours to an earlier start and an earlier end of day to avoid conflicts with various Olympic events that were going on on the landmass," a Massachusetts agent said.

*Ed. Note - In otherwords, stay away from the FleetCenter when the Wanna-be US agents are in the Fleetcenter waxing and waning.
