US Agent Eye For The 4th-class Taxpayer Guy. The story started here and here in the pre- colon (worm hole) era. It resurfaced breifly here and here. Now, the story is causing gas pains and cramping. Working definition for "undocumented worker/illegal worker": A non-US-agents' taxpayer (i.e. "undocumented worker/illegal worker" so-called) who manages - by himself or with the help of others - to cross the imaginary US-agents' "line-of-control" without speaking to and without showing "papers" to a US imaginary-line-of-control agent. Next, this non-US-agents' taxpayer gets hired by a US taxpayer - acting as a "company" - where said US taxpayer/company plays by all the US agents' tax rules and therefore, said US taxpayer/company request said 4th-class Taxpayer Guy to submit a US-agent social slave number and scribble on a paper called W4... which the US taxpayer/company then emails to the US agents. Next, a US agent does a "name vs. social slave number" lookup - based on the information scribbled on the paper called W4. Next, the US agent either flags the name/social-slave-number combo as bogus or not. Question: Next, if bogus, then does the US taxpayer/company get fined or just warned or do they/he/she face crimminal procedings by the US Agents? Next, the US agent informs the US taxpayer/company the result of the name/social-slave-number lookup. Meanwhile, the US agents still receive a portion of said 4th-class Taxpayer Guy's fiat currency units because the US taxpayer/company still sends it to the US agents. The 4th-class Taxpayer Guy still works and the US taxpayer/company still gets the benefit of the worker (less any fiat currency unit fine from US agents? - the cost of doing business?). Question: The US taxpayer/company has not committted a crime has it? Will the US taxpayer/company face jail time? These taxpayers used to be classified as "3rd-class Taxpayer" by the The Taxpayers' Bridge. But, not any more. The Taxpayers' Bridge has recently downgraded their classification to "4th-class Taxpayer". The lazy phobocrats do indeed go after easy-prey.
