(*) What is Operation Invisible Hand? Operation Invisible Hand is a myteriously sophisticated man-made cloud creation operation employing a mechanism NOT involving men flying white planes spraying aerosols. Operation Invisible Hand creates a man-made "ribbon" cloud or elongated cloud. This "ribbon" cloud appears in the west -- in North Eastern New Jersey, and travels east over the Hudson River, and over Northern Manhattan -- continuing in an easterly direction into the Bronx. Then, men flying white planes spraying aerosols -- typically flying in a north-to-south direction, spray across or through the width of the "ribbon" cloud -- this has the effect of increasing its width.
