12DailyPro - Post Mortem.

True. But 12dailypro was sure a fun ride -- we all have to admit. If you want to call 12dailypro
a ponzi scheme or ponzi scam, fine. Within the context of a coersive or non-coersive political system,
there is nothing wrong with ponzi schemes or Social Security
(another ponzi scheme 'cuz the FICA money you pay every week from your paycheck does not
go to your SS account or THE BIG SS account but rather to the
US General Fund) or HYIP or gambling
or liquor or smoking cigarette or crack cocaine (though I would not want to do crack) or prostitution.
Except for maybe crack, who hasn't tried all of these and had a bit of fun! In one sence, it is all
entertainment, people. Technically speaking, placing bets at a casino is a form of entertainment.
The inevidible demise of 12DP could have been delayed a few more months or years if, among other things,...
Intially, Charis should have setup shop offshore as an IBC and used an
offshore webhosting service
and then she should have had a
hardcore "terms
of service" agreement.
Also, if memory serves me correctly, in Dec-05, Charis panicked and did away with
e-gold (an over reaction IMO) [and went with US-based Stormpay and some other US-based
fiat currency provider] on realization (1) that
e-gold had "shutdown" for a few days
and (2) that a segment of the 12dailypro membership had had their e-gold accounts
looted due to having fallen for e-gold-phishing scams. There will always be a minority
of members who will fall for phishing scams - and IMO, Charis spent to much personal time
catering to them. Correct me if I am wrong, but 12DP's e-gold accounts were never directly looted.

19 Ways to Elevate Your Mood Level.
Consider the notion that YOUR MOOD LEVEL DETERMINES Your
SUCCESS More Than Anything Else.
So, if so, then the question then becomes, what action(s) can you take
to elevate your mood level?
Here is what I consider to be two (of many) which work for me -- and, which are
in addition to 17 others, which are already
explained in great detail in a superb all-in-one comprehensive article, which I
will show you how to get access to for FR/EE (if you can't wait, then scroll
down to the bottom of this post)!
Note: A healthy sex life, which
is a great way to elevate your mood level -- in my opinion -- is not one of
the 17 listed in the comprehensive article. I say, let the healthy sex life be the 20th way!
The more ways, the better! Feel free to email me
your way. I would love to hear from you.
Note: Since each individual is unique and has different notions of what appeals to him or her,
the more options one has to choose from to elevate ones mood level, the better! Simply
choose an option that appeals to you and work with it. If you get bored with it,
pick up another one and work with that.
Note: In my opinion... This is not a 19 or 17 or 20 or X -step program. This is not
"point A to point B" -- like some type of
causal problem/solution scenario.
This is not "I do step A, then I step B,
then I do step C, etc., then I am, poof(!) successful!" Rather, I like to think of this
as the ultimate journey of epic proportions, a sushi menu if you will,
to choose from and work with to keep your mood level high... because maybe, just maybe,
we need to consider that the roadmap to success is not actually a roadmap at all, not naturally
time-sequential, and not naturally
problem/solution-sequential... and that we might want to keep that notion in our
heads and hearts from time to time... for doing so seems to melt
the pressure away ("The cool dark void is beautiful. It asks nothing of us...
We are outside. We can each be alone or together. There is no coercion. No
agenda, no sleight of hand." ~~ Jon Rappoport).
One:
Working from the notion that I can create anything and be anything I like -- as long as
I always choose not coerce others...
And working from the notion that my (and every individual's) imagination_and_creativity
are infinite AND unique from every other individual's -- AND, that I do not need to appeal
to an external higher power to grant me permission to tap into my own imagination and creativity -- AND,
that in doing so, I intuitively know that I will not create works of evil...

LOOK AT THE PARANORMAL: THE RULES OF EARTH CULTURE).

And working from the notion that space-time is an illusion and that each of us are not
our bodies and that each of us have always existed
and that each of us will always exist and that each of us are 100% unique from each other...
And working from the notion that if you set about to create, write about, and meditate on
a poliferation of Archetypes (i.e. Symbols), that this will elevate
your mood level. Oh, by the way, I haven't come
across a dis-empowering symbol yet! That, as a side note, is
pretty amazing in and of itself.
Here are some examples of Archetypes (i.e. Symbols) -- some of which
I created myself -- through the course of writing down made-up stories over the last six
months -- the others of which are made-up/created into existence by others:
THE RED FIGURE OF RESCUE,
THE WHITE-WASHED CITY ON THE HILL,
THE CENTER OF THE CROSS,
VENUS ON THE HALF SHELL,
THE TRIANGULAR ABYSS OF FREEDOM,
ORANGE SOVEREIGN,
TIGER OF THE MIRAGE,
THE QUEEN WHO REPELS ALL ARMIES,
THE MAN WHO PAYS NO TAXES,
FAIR EMPRESS MANHATTAN,
THE EERIE ALIENATION OF CREDIT CARDS,
THE WHITE SPHERE IN THE PINK MIST,
GOLD ENERGIES,
ARCHITECT OF DREAMS.

So, what you do is this: You write stories. Try to do 15 to 30 minutes of writing at a clip per day.
If you can't think of anything to write, just, keep writing, say, "I can't think of anything to
write." You will eventually loosen up. And yes, when you first start
making it up as you go along, it is going to feel like you're falling out
of an airplane without having a parachute on and it is going to mess with your notion of/addiction to
cause_and_effect, problem_solution, and your literal sense of time... (before
the age of five, it was easier to just make it up as you go along, wasn't it?)
If you feel really disorientated, then take a break and then give it another try. Remember, NO PRESSURE!

The sheer proliferation of businesses and prosperity...
So many niches... it is being reported that there is a revival of local bottlers, on certain landmasses, resorting to
reuseable glass - over plastic and aluminum - for softdrinks. Better taste, less landfill
junk, I suppose.
There is this one town in particular
that a certain type of individual has gravitated towards because it does not have
a single chain or francise store present. Not because there are zoning laws
forbidding, say, a Starbucks from setting up shop, they have tried on two occasions, it is just that
stores like "Starbucks" can not get enough business to stay in profit there.

of individual that likes to be in a city and surrounded/immersed in one-offs," said local marketing

David-Profiting off of the Lies Goliaths use to make profits.
This marketing letter by
AntiAgingLifeExtention.com
(test google rank)
is excellent in terms of form and content.
Any up and coming marketer should read this
marketing letter once a day for seven days and glean the insights from it.
My take on The Marketing Formulary of this Marketing Letter:
Question: Do you have this problem?
(Note: Within the context of problem-solution,
it greatly helps if it is a problem that nearly everyone has. But, you still need to
present your marketing letter to the "right" forum of readers - becuase the story element that
you have crafted into your marketing letter (see below) absolutely demands it. This marketing letter was found at
TrafficSwarm.com - definitely
an excellent forum for this marketing letter...
Why? Well, the stories being presented
to me day-in and day-out from all the surfing I have done at TrafficSwarm.com, and I have done a lot,
is that "Moms and Pops can make money online with a website and the right collection
of online efficiency tools and online marketing know-how... The point being that
one to three people tending to a website for a living means story-wise, that you are
so far removed, orders of magnitudes removed, from being a cog in a big
faceless corporation (whether you are actually making a full-time income
in your pajamas at your kitchen table or not!). Now, what if someone then comes along and tells you
that corporations who make and market antacids are liars. Though I do not
doubt the claims made by AntiAgingLifeExtention.com, I am merely pointing out
that presenting your marketing letter to the right forum means that your story
will be highly compelling to those within that forum).
Problem --> 2-second Simple Solution. (It helps if the solution is quick, simple, and easy).
The Story Element: Why the Problem? In essence, because you have been lied to... you have not
been told the complete story.
Problem --> This Product --> Problem Removed.
The Close: The greater the ratio of the preceived value of the Product (based on the content of the marketing
letter and the reader's own personal experience with the problem) to the
price presented here in the close, the better.
The Button Up: Extreme ease of online ordering of the product and done within the same website. And keep pointing out the benefits of the product,
when walking the purchaser through the order. Ideally, mention a benefit here
that was not mentioned in the main marketing letter.

Reading a contract like this (see below) is empowering. Behind these words, I
subconsciously sense that the free spirit who put them to paper knows very deeply where he stands
