And speaking of "raw" ingredients, please do visit my favorite food blog. Everyone should feel passionate about designing reality -- and using the medium of story is just one way of doing that (because when you boil down the past 30,000 years of Earth Culture, that is the definition that you are left with regarding every individual who exists, has existed, and will exist in human form: Each individual is a Reality Designer...) I like how the aesthetic of others designing well-prepared food and knowing how to write about it elevates my aesthetic of designing reality through story. The synergy is beautiful.

Vanilla Fed History Primer.

As we know, there are just 30 more days until Bernanke's big day and what does that mean?

I am archiving this Piece of Vanilla. And so I have, here.

As I sip my tea and eat a few shortbread cookies, the yellow orange glow of the computer screen creating a warm flickering Jeffersonian light in my office (not unlike the fluorescent orange street lights outside my window) casting me as a big shadow... it is just a few minutes before midnight (on the eve of Jan. 2) and I am now craving, of all things, vanilla ice cream with walnut nuggets.

Loom.

Loom (http://loom.cc/) currently issues two e-currencies: "gold" which is redeemable for one troy ounce gold pieces and "1M" which is redeemable for 1mdc gold e-currency. There is a third e-currency which is a "play e-currency" called "spangle" (no value) which is what you use to test how the system works when you make a payment or receive a payment.

To learn now the system works, you have to click on one of the 3 e-currency names (gold, 1M, or spangle) and then move through the system by clicking on...
